By accessing hsathrive.com or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users.

HSA Thrive provides digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email automation, web development, and marketplace optimisation. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in individual proposals or contracts.

All content, designs, code, tools, and proprietary methodologies created by HSA Thrive remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may use delivered assets for their own business but may not resell, replicate, or redistribute them without prior written consent.

Services must be paid as per agreed terms. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service suspension. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice for ongoing retainers.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines. HSA Thrive is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

While we strive for excellence, HSA Thrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.

Either party may terminate a retainer agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that damages HSA Thrive's reputation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
